Manesi Winery, founded in 2023, is a boutique winery that blends rich family tradition with modern technology. We focus on small, high-quality productions, aiming to offer wines that showcase the authentic character of Andros.

Our family tradition in viticulture and winemaking is the heart of our winery. From day one, we have followed gentle winemaking techniques that respect nature and the traditional art of winemaking, while utilizing modern technology to ensure the highest quality. The result is wines with depth, complexity, and authenticity.

Small Scales, Big Flavors 

At Manesi Winery, our production is small-scale, allowing us to focus on every detail. Our equipment includes modern stainless steel tanks and traditional oak barrels. The alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, preserving the freshness of the aromas and the complexity of the wine. After fermentation, the wines remain on the fine lees for several months, developing depth and exceptional structure.

Our wine series "Meltemia" (white, rosé, red) is the result of this dedication and love for the art of winemaking. Each bottle is a journey of flavors that reveals the authentic character of Andros.
