Description

Meltemia White is a balanced blend of Assyrtiko, Moschato and Potamisi. In the glass, it shows a bright lemon-yellow color.

On the nose, the intensity is medium to high, with citrus aromas, where lemon and lime dominate. Notes of lemon blossom and white flowers, such as jasmine, add a more floral character, while a subtle herbal hint reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs and a gentle mineral touch add depth.

On the palate, the acidity is fresh and balanced, offering liveliness without dominating. The texture is slightly rounder, maintaining the wine's clarity and balance.

The finish has good length, with a clean and balanced aftertaste.

It pairs well with seafood, fish, dishes with lemon and fresh herbs, as well as white meats. Best served at 9–12°C.
