Description
Meltemia Rosé is an expressive blend of Mavrotragano and Mandilaria. In the glass, it stands out with its deep salmon color and subtle peach highlights.
On the nose, red fruits such as strawberry and cherry dominate, while pomegranate and hints of grapefruit add intensity. Delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral touch coexist, maintaining a natural balance.
On the palate, it is defined by lively, crisp acidity that brings tension and length. The body is medium, with a balanced feel, while its maturation on fine lees for approximately three months, without bâtonnage, adds a gentle roundness without adding weight. The result is a wine with a clean character and a distinct presence.
The finish is long, with a drier aftertaste.
A rosé that pairs well with dishes of depth and balance. It complements grilled fish, rich seafood, tomato-based dishes, as well as white meats and light Mediterranean-style cooked dishes. Best served at 9–12°C.
